Reflecting on a landmark Apprentice Day at the JFD Global National Hyperbaric Centre in Aberdeen, we celebrated Scottish Apprenticeship Week by bringing together apprentices from across our diverse product lines for the first time.   

The NHC team facilitated a memorable mix of introductions, tours, team exercises, and diving insights. It was a day of new connections and shared learning, marking the growth of our Early Careers Network aimed at fostering support and collaboration among our apprentices. 

We're inspired by the unity and potential displayed, highlighting the collective spirit of our apprentices as we move forward together. Here's to the future of our Scottish Apprentices!

Congratulations to Aedan, Ashton, Owen, Stevie, Kai, Caitlin and Bruce—seven ambitious individuals whose paths through apprenticeships are forging the future of our industry in Scotland. As Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2024 draws to a close, we were thrilled to engage with future apprentices at Tullos Training Careers Fair, share insights about modern apprenticeships, and showcase the diverse career pathways available at James Fisher and Sons.
